因為在老闆眼裡，他給你提供時間、資源，還付你工資，結果你不但沒有解決問題反而可能製造了一大堆問題出來。
這里的根源就在於，思考的時候沒有框架體系，腦子還沒捋清楚問題就開始下手。所以一碰到突發狀況，就慌了手腳，忘了初心。

a) 凡事先立目標，再看收益
我剛工作的時候有個毛病，用我老闆的話說就是：
「做事情太散。」
明明一開始要找A問題的答案，弄著弄著卻跑到了B問題那裡去，過了幾個小時又變成研究C問題。這樣即使我忙一下午，都是在無關緊要的事情上浪費時間。
散漫沒有章法，忙碌沒有目標，這是許多職場新人都容易犯的毛病。
